Whether you choose hydronic or electric radiant heat, it is something that is so much easier to put in while the house is being built. Finally, multiply the number of kilowatts used per hour by how much the electric company charges per kilowatt in your area.(Kilowatts are the unit of measurement that electric companies charge by.)
